Check-IN

• Every Participant is required to Check-IN to play the tournament match.
• We provide 15 min relaxation time to the check-in process; i.e. Check-IN will start 15 minutes before the round start time and will last 15 minutes after the round start time (If a Round start time is 3pm, Check-IN can be done from 2:45 pm to 3:15 pm)
• If a Participant/Team Leader is unable to check-in within the time limit, it'd automatically be counted as a forfeiture of their match.

Connect to your opponent

• Checked-in participants will be able to see their opponent's platform UID in the match-box area.
• Add the opponent's UID on the gaming platform for playing the match
• In case of missing UID, player are required to use web-chat to connect with their opponent
• For other games like CS:GO and DOTA 2, server details will be provided below the match-box area
• For more game specific connection issues, view the game tabs mentioned above

Score Reporting

• Case 1: Both participants/teams Present Winner of the Match needs to submit the score via Report Score button on the Tournament page. Winner Participant/Team Leader needs to Report the score under 10 Minutes after completion of Match to claim their Win. If a participant selects himself as a winner, he/she will need to submit the screenshot(Console match screen) of their match score. Whereas screenshot is not compulsory if you select yourself as a loser.
• Case 2 : Opponent is Absent If your opponent is absent or doesn't check in within the given time limit, then you will get an automatic BYE.
• Case 3: Both Absent In this situation it's under the Tournament Admin's discretion.
• Case 4: In Case of Any Dispute (Wrong reporting/submission) In this situation, Participant(s) need to Contact with ULTIMATE BATTLE's Tournament Moderator(s) after completion of their match through Website Chat Support or through calling on contact no. mentioned on the Website (0120 6790 401).

Challenge a Player

This is how you can challenge other players

• Visit the Challenge lobby
• Select a game and opponent from the game with whom you would like to contest
• Send the challenge request to the opponent with money and game settings
• The opponent may accept or decline your request
• If the opponent accepts the challenge, an equal amount is deducted from the wallet of both the players (+ 10% of the total amount in bet as platform fee). (Ex: If a challenge is taken for 500 INR, a sum of 550 INR deducts from the wallet of each of the players)
• As the match concludes, the winner reports the score with a valid screenshot
• After verifying the credentials and scores, the winner is announced
• The winning amount is credited in winner’s wallet

How to Create Lobby:

1. Open the “PLAY DOTA” tab.
2. Click on “CREATE LOBBY”.
3. A lobby will thus be created. So, go to “EDIT” option to set Lobby details.
   Lobby Name: UltimateBattle.IN | Tournament | [username vs username]
   Game Mode: 1v1 Solo Mid
   Password: Share the pass with your opponent and admin.
   Server Location: India/Singapore
4. Provide the lobby name, location and password to your Opponent to Join in.

How to Join Lobby:

1. Open the “PLAY DOTA” tab.
2. Click “VIEW LOBBIES”.
3. In case you can’t see the lobby, choose “Filter Options” with
   Region: Provided by your opp/admin
   Lobby Name: Provided by your opp/admin
4. After the lobby is visible, enter the lobby password and successfully join the lobby.

How to connect to your opponent and play the match:

1. Connect to your opp via website chat and exchange platform UID if not mentioned on the match-box.
2. Send Friend Request to your Opponent.
3. Join the party with your opp and set Game Mode: “Duos”
4. Find a match.
5. Try to score as many points you can according to the point system mentioned in game-rules.

Connect using Console:

1. Activate console option from “Game Settings” under “OPTIONS”
2. Open Console with “~” button.
3. Copy paste the console command provided by the admin.
   ex: connect 223.130.x.xxx:27xxx;password xxxxxx
4. In case of “Map Error”, Disconnect from the server and put “sv_allowupload 1” in the console.
5. Then retry the connection.

Connect using Browse Community Servers:

1. Open “Browse Community Server” under “PLAY”.
2. Choose “Internet”
3. Find the server required to connect and Join in.
4. In case of server finding issue, Put tag – “Ultimate” in Filter options.
5. Enter the password and connect to the server.

How to connect to your opponent and play the match:

1. Connect to your opp via website chat and exchange platform UID if not mentioned on the match-box
2. Add opponent ingame and set Game Mode  Classic-Erangel- DUO(2TEAM MEMBERS)
3. Search for a match.
4. Try to score as many points you can according to the point system mentioned in game-rules
5. Report the scores with screenshot of match stats of both players

How to connect to your opponent to play the match:

1. Connect to your opp via website chat and exchange platform UID if not mentioned in the match-box.
2. Send Friend Request to your Opponent on Console.
3. Challenge your Opponent for a match with game mode: “Online Friendlies/FUT Friendly”
4. Play the match according to the set game rules
5. Submit screenshot with game scores via “Report Score” option.

  NOTE : For stable/low ping connection with your opponent,we highly recommend the use of LAN Cable.

How to Send an In-Game-Challenge:

1. Tap the “ Social” button at the bottom of the Clash Royale screen.
2. Select the ‘Friends’ tab and tap on the ‘ Invite Friends ‘ button to send a link to add your opponent.(Choose COPY LINK option)
3. Paste the link to CHAT WINDOW of the opponent from your MOBILE ( tap CHAT button available beside the opponent’s template area).
4. Once your opponent is added to your friend’s list, tap on your opponent’s name (available under FRIENDS tab and select “Friendly Battle” option.

How to Accept an In-Game-Challenge:

1. Click on the link received by your opponent in the chat window from your MOBILE to add your opponent to your friend list.
2. Go to the Friends tab to see their pending challenge to accept.

How to Report Score:

1. Take a screenshot of the winning screen.
2. Click on Report Score option in Match Area on the Game Challenge Lobby on the Ultimate Battle website
3. Upload screenshot and update the score.
