Ultimate Battle ships out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, and weekends, it may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our warehouse.
Your order will get delivered within 7-10 Business Days depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your accessibility.
As soon your order is shipped, a tracking link is emailed to you. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.

We are not liable for lost, undelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the incorrect address filled in by you at the time of checkout.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return without the label we provide, we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
Paid shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your package.
Express packages are guaranteed to be delivered within the specified number of business days. Please contact us if you have any concerns about an express package delivery.
We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, First Flight, etc.
Ultimate Battle serves pan India. Before placing an order for a product, check the availability of our service at your pin code.
In an unlikely event, if we fail to deliver your order within 7 working days, we shall cancel the order, and send an email to you informing about the same. In such cases, your payment against the purchase shall be refunded in the manner the payment was made.
In case you believe that the product delivered to you is not in good condition, or tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept delivery. Call our Customer Care immediately or write to us at email@example.com mentioning your order reference number.
Every Participant is required to Check-IN to play the tournament match.
We provide 15 min relaxation time to the check-in process; i.e. Check-IN will start 15 minutes before the round start time and will last 15 minutes after the round start time
(If a Round start time is 3pm, Check-IN can be done from 2:45 pm to 3:15 pm)
If a Participant/Team Leader is unable to check-in within the time limit, it'd automatically be counted as a forfeiture of their match.
Connect to your opponent
Checked-in participants will be able to see their opponent's platform UID in the match-box area.
Add the opponent's UID on the gaming platform for playing the match
In case of missing UID, player are required to use web-chat to connect with their opponent
For other games like CS:GO and DOTA 2, server details will be provided below the match-box area

Case 1: Both participants/teams PresentWinner of the Match needs to submit the score via Report Score button on the Tournament page. Winner Participant/Team Leader needs to Report the score under 10 Minutes after completion of Match to claim their Win. If a participant selects himself as a winner, he/she will need to submit the screenshot(Console match screen) of their match score. Whereas screenshot is not compulsory if you select yourself as a loser.
Case 2 : Opponent is AbsentIf your opponent is absent or doesn't check in within the given time limit, then you will get an automatic BYE.
Case 3: Both AbsentIn this situation it's under the Tournament Admin's discretion.
Case 4: In Case of Any Dispute (Wrong reporting/submission)In this situation, Participant(s) need to Contact with ULTIMATE BATTLE's Tournament Moderator(s) after completion of their match through Website Chat Support or through calling on contact no. mentioned on the Website (0120 6790 401).
Challenge a Player
This is how you can challenge other players
Visit the Challenge lobby
Select a game and opponent from the game with whom you would like to contest
Send the challenge request to the opponent with money and game settings
The opponent may accept or decline your request
If the opponent accepts the challenge, an equal amount is deducted from the wallet of both the players (+ 10% of the total amount in bet as platform fee). (Ex: If a challenge is taken for 500 INR, a sum of 550 INR deducts from the wallet of each of the players)
As the match concludes, the winner reports the score with a valid screenshot
After verifying the credentials and scores, the winner is announced
