Matches must be played in their entirety unless both players agree to delay the match. The match must still be completed before the start time & date of the next tournament round, as listed under the Tournament Schedule.
Failure to complete a match before the start time & date of the next tournament round may result in one or both players forfeiting the match.
There are various outcomes for disconnected challenges.
A “loser disconnect” happens when a player disconnects from a match while losing, resulting in an automatic loss.
A “winner disconnect” happens when a player disconnects from a match while winning, resulting in a replay from the point of disconnect.
A “tied disconnection” happens when a player disconnects while the match is tied, resulting in the match being placed into arbitration, and our Support team will determine the outcome.
In order to replay your challenge from the point of disconnect,
We suggest that you score your own goals/points where possible to complete this process quickly. Please note that you do not have to replicate the exact score of your original challenge; the difference in scores is acceptable. Once you have scored the necessary points you will have to let the clock run down to the point of disconnect, and then start your game from that point on.
