Every Participant is required to Check-IN to play the tournament match.
We provide 15 min relaxation time to the check-in process; i.e. Check-IN will start 15 minutes before the round start time and will last 15 minutes after the round start time (If a Round start time is 3pm, Check-IN can be done from 2:45 pm to 3:15 pm)
If a Participant/Team Leader is unable to check-in within the time limit, it'd automatically be counted as a forfeiture of their match.
Checked-in participants will be able to see their opponent's platform UID in the match-box area.
Add the opponent's UID on the gaming platform for playing the match
In case of missing UID, player are required to use web-chat to connect with their opponent
For other games like CS:GO and DOTA 2, server details will be provided below the match-box area
For more game specific connection issues, view the game tabs mentioned above
